50 front squats, 45-60 lbs
25 push press, 20-45 lbs
Run 800 meters
Partition the toes-to-bars, front squats and push press as needed. Start and finish with the run.

I have a special request for my Mamas, who I love and appreciate. If you decide to do a different workout than the one posted, please refrain from posting an alternative workout in the comments. It has confused some of the newcomers and the purpose of the comments is to track our progress and create a community. The only way to track on the site is to post your time for the WOD on that WOD. So I would really appreciate it if other workouts were not posted in the comments. If you add something like a run and want to track that associated with that WOD, that is completely fine. I hope you all understand and no one takes offense. Thank you for your loyalty and being a part of this journey with me!
So sorry Jenni, I’m totally guilty! I will post a second WOD or arm/leg work if we have a shorter WOD or sometimes a different one for my accountability. I appreciate your hard work and don’t want to compromise it in any way. Thanks for letting me know ?
