10 kettlebell clean and jerks, 20 lb each
3 pull-ups, assist as little as possible

  1. Love you know what “Mamas” do to substitute pull-ups with? Don’t have that at home, maybe tricep dip, push presses?

    So…one arm kb clean and jerks? Or I need two 20# kb’s? Or two 10# or what exactly? Confused….

    1. I just googled the kettlebell c and J because I had NO idea what it was and the guy on the video was doing one arm at a time. I’m going to do 5 on each side with my 20#

        I googled, too. Haha one vid was a guy doing both at once. And it’s weird that she didn’t say alternaring, like she normally would, so that means both together. But who would own TWO 20# kettlebells?

        I used dumbells and it worked out really well. They just stay parallel to each other the whole time.

    Red and black bands. Getting about 4″ of pull up movement, haha.

    Had to help with my other arm on the last two rounds.
    I think I’ll do some lunges– my legs have been feeling a little left out these last few WODs. That probably means we will be doing a killer leg workout tomorrow ?

    Have bronchitis and coughed for a full minute after. Wanted more cardio but had to take it easy.

    Lunge 100m
    Jog 300m

    Not really for time but just under 19:00. And more coughing. 🙁
