I just googled the kettlebell c and J because I had NO idea what it was and the guy on the video was doing one arm at a time. I’m going to do 5 on each side with my 20#
I googled, too. Haha one vid was a guy doing both at once. And it’s weird that she didn’t say alternaring, like she normally would, so that means both together. But who would own TWO 20# kettlebells?
I used dumbells and it worked out really well. They just stay parallel to each other the whole time.
