Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge, 10 lb dumbbells
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans, 20-45 lbs
Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge, 10 lb dumbbells
16 pull-ups, assist as needed
8 power cleans, 20-45 lbs

Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and pull-ups every 2 rounds.

  1. 2 rounds, 2 rounds, then lunge & knees to elbows.
    16 lunges each set
    Subbed k2e
    Subbed gpus for pull-ups
    10lb db & 15lb kb

  2. Made it through 2 rounds, 2 rounds, then lunges & 3 T2B on 5th.
    20# lunges- 16 total
    (Almost every rep got toes touching or nearly touching)
    60# cleans
    Purple band on pull ups

    Followed w/ 3 rounds 45 sec work/15 sec rest
    Single leg jump lunge
    Plank to forearms & back up
    Single leg jump lunge
    Star jumps

    8 power cleans short of 2 rounds and 2 rounds. Second workout today. I hope that’s what was slowing me down.

  4. 1 time all the way through (2 rds + 2 rds) + lunges and 8 T2B
    20# lunges, 16 each time
    T2B on floor (can’t swing on pull up tower)
    45# cleans
    Pull ups with purple + red bands

  5. 5 rounds plus lunges and 6 KTE
    Finished KTE after timer,
    20# lunges
    40# PC

  6. First 2x & first round

  7. I didn’t see the 12 minute limit, so I just did two rounds of each set (the workout as written).p;o[

    Cleans were 20#
    Knees to chest
    Jumping pull-ups

    Then did 10 pull ups
    20 push ups
