“Freaky Fifty”  

For time:
50 box jumps, 18-inch box
50 pull-ups, assist as needed
50 kettlebell swings, 20 lbs
50 walking-lunge steps
50 knees-to-elbows
50 push presses, 20 lbs
50 back extensions (or body surfers)
50 wall-ball shots, 10 lb ball
50 burpees
50 double-unders (200 single jump)

    Step ups 18"
    Pull ups- w/ purple band- that ate up a huge chunk of time (last half switched to standing & jumping pull ups)
    20# KBS
    KTE on bar
    30# PP
    12# WB
    Full burpee w/ pu

    Not my best time by far, but got a great sweat and workout!

    Pull ups w/ red + purple bands and standing on 6" box. Got 30 from 'dead hang' and then 20 with a jump.
    25# KB
    K2E on floor
    30# PP
    20# thrusters for wall ball

    Those pull ups killed my time! Took 6 1/2 minutes alone. Then made all other arm stuff slower. Ack!

    Step ups 18 inch
    Sub push ups for pull ups
    KTE on floor
    Only had 20# ball so did 25 reps
    Was doing really well with time until burpees!! Rough having them at the end like that

    Step ups on bathtub
    Chair assisted pull ups
    20# KBS
    KTE on bar
    30# PP
    15# DB for WB
    Burpees 10 at a time
