    Followed with 10 min ab work & 10 min shoulder work

    1. I had to sit and breathe for several minutes after that. Yikes!

      Then practiced with my jump rope (tough – my ceiling is too short) and pull ups with my bands (red+purple = I can do only 5 at a time). I've got my work cut out for me! ?

  2. 10:30 with 8# dumbbells. It's been about 3 years since I last followed your workouts. I'm glad you're still around, it's fun to be back!
