Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
9 deadlifts, 60 lbs
8 pull-ups
9 squat cleans, 20-45 lbs

  1. 7 rounds exactly
    90# DL
    Pull ups- 3 rounds unassisted
    50# SC

    Super tough, thought about quitting many times; several breathing breaks ?

    1. Do you have two weight bars? Heavy dumbbells? If there's two different weights I have to do my heaviest dumbbells (15#ers).

  2. 6 rounds
    40 lb dl and squat cleans. I wanted to drop to 20 on the cleans but I'm glad I didn't!

    Grip is shot!! And Elf is great – we just watched it last night. 🙂

  5. I did this. I wrote down the rounds somewhere too… forgot to post and have no idea. Think it was 17…

    And a few days later my hamstrings are still aching…
