Run 800 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Post time for each interval to comments.

    This was huge for me! Running is not my thing!

    Today did 10 rounds
    12 box jumps (step ups)
    6 thrusters 45#
    6 bar facing burpees
    12 inclined sit ups w/ weights
    24:00

    Treadmill at 8.1 so all about the same. 2 min breaks to save time.
