7 sumo deadlift high pulls, 25 lbs
7 front squats, 45 lbs
7 push jerks, 20-45 lbs

Vi-shake 
no caffeine

no soda
drink water
no alcohol
 fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
reduce sugar intake
