    Short on time
    10 min AMRAP
    20 sit ups
    5 squat clean

    20# sit ups 4 rounds inclined- 2 rounds vampire sit ups w/ 20# overhead
    50# SC

    Followed w/
    3 rounds
    2 min on elliptical
    1 min sjr

    7 rounds + 290m run
    Treadmill
    SJR

    That was definitely… sweaty. Did at the rec center. Treadmill turned off between every round and the jump rope was trying to kill me. Runs were between 7:55 and 8:20 min miles.
