  2. 7 rounds + 290m run
    Treadmill
    SJR

    That was definitely… sweaty. Did at the rec center. Treadmill turned off between every round and the jump rope was trying to kill me. Runs were between 7:55 and 8:20 min miles.

    3 full rounds plus 300m in 25 mins
