Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
12 walking-lunge steps
15 butterfly sit-ups
15 hip raises
5 push-ups

    8# for hip raises
    All BPU

    A little slower than last year but after a long day I'll take it. Those sit ups were rough – my tailbone was raw by round 5 or 6. 🙁

  2. Ran 2.3 miles then 20 minute wod with 8 rounds plus 12 lunges and 6 bsu. Did bpu first 3 rounds then gpu
