That sucked. Every. Minute. Wanted to quit after 1st round- had to take several breaks. But- I didn't quit and I'm feeling accomplished and ready to tackle this Monday!

3 rounds at 20#. Very slowly.
3 rounds 20# by the end thruster and deadlifts were not really deep, but I completed it!
4 rounds plus 35 thrusters and 10 burpees
Started with 30# and switched to 20# half way through third round. That was a killer!
3 rounds plus 25 thrusters.
10# d-bells for thrusters
40# bar for sdhp
This was ridiculously tough for me. Those horrible burpees took me a long time to get through.
I need to get this extra weigh off!
