    Dumbell push up row rounds 2 & 4

    Vs 20:20 (pull ups all rounds)

    Last run cut short by about .05 when treadmill quit
    Pushed hard on the runs. Took my time on the jumping pull ups

    Coughing like crazy. Quick break after rnd 1 to fix Pandora.
