Had a really stressful weekend (extended family!!) so wanted something really hard. Did a scaled version of Monti – 5 rounds for time:50 step ups w/ 20#, 18" box15 cleans, 35#50 step ups w/ 20#, 18" box10 snatch, 35# (wide grip on bar) 37:11 and uber sweaty.
