  9. Had a really stressful weekend (extended family!!) so wanted something really hard. Did a scaled version of Monti –

    5 rounds for time:
    50 step ups w/ 20#, 18" box
    15 cleans, 35#
    50 step ups w/ 20#, 18" box
    10 snatch, 35# (wide grip on bar)

    37:11 and uber sweaty. I look like I just got out of the shower.
