Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
25 double-unders (100 singles)
5 burpee bar pull-ups
 Jump to a bar at least 6 inches beyond your reach.

  2. Made up Thursdays WOD.

    Took the teenage girls from church camping Tues-Fri and then took my fam to grandparents Sat-today. I am exhausted!

    1. Taught 1 hr dance cardio class then:

      4 rds plus 5 SJR
      Bar was only 2" above grip and still only got up to eye level on bar.

  3. I did your workouts two years ago, lost 8 inches and 12 pounds in my first 90 days. 🙂

    I'm back but I'm so weak.
