21 Sumo dead lift high pull
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, left arm
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, right arm
50 Swings
21 Sumo dead lift high pull

    10 lb. dumb bell was all I had.
    Squats to the floor

  6. 17:00 #20 KB, with 1 extra set of 50 KB swings at the end. overhead squats killed me!
