    Burpee Box Jump Chipper from Peanut Butter Runner:
    50 WB- 12# WB
    40 sit ups/ inclined w/ weight
    30 KBS
    20 pull ups
    10 burpee box jumps
    * rest one minute* then repeat going back

    Every inch of me is totally sore.
