    Followed w/
    50 reps of each:
    Curls
    Dips
    Hip raises (20#)
    Squats
    Tricep extensions

  3. Instead did AMRAP in 30 mins of
    17 power clean, 30#
    75 squats, butt to floor
    200m farmer's carry, 50#

    4 rds + 17 cleans + 75 squats + 75m farmer's carry
