For time: 
50 box jumps, 18-inch box
25 handstand push-ups (scale as needed)
40 box jumps, 18-inch box
20 handstand push-ups
30 box jumps, 18-inch box
15 handstand push-ups
20 box jumps, 18-inch box
10 handstand push-ups
10 box jumps, 18-inch box
5 handstand push-ups

    25 curls
    25 kickbacks
    25 dips
    25 inclined sit ups
    25 rows

    All jumps on 13" step(had to scale due to injury)
    Feet on chair for hspu

    1. Then:
      50 curls (each arm)
      50 bent rows (each arm)
      50 bench press
      50 squats
      50 hip raises (w/ 15#)
      50 body surfers

    (With 5 box jumps at the end because I was unsure when to stop)
    Actual handstand push-ups! Yay! Not going very deep, but I'll get there…

  4. 13:23
    Full extension box jumps
    Knees on the bench HSPU

  5. 3 sets of 30jumps and 10-15lb shoulder press. About 20 minutes
