    Did "Mia" from 11-4-13
    (A hero WOD after my daughter)
    50-40-30-20-10
    WB
    Box jumps
    KB swings

    17:13
    12# WB
    Steps ups 18" (jumped down on about half)
    20# KB

    Vs 18:55
    Thrusters for WB (didn't have WB then)
    Full box jumps (gained a back injury so that is why I step up)

    Either way- sucking wind and completely drenched! Thought of my baby in Heaven the whole time. Continued prayers for all bereaved parents.

    24:13. Tougher than I thought.

    Didn't do a wod….spent the day with 7 of my nieces and nephews at the park playing softball, soccer, and running around. Also walked 2.5 miles afterwards.
