    30 pu, mil
    My med ball is 8#
My heaviest hand wts make 40#

Why not call them strict push ups or military push ups or toe push ups? Anything but boy push ups! After all, we are all girls and we do them just fine. My daughter doesn't know there is a "girl" version of anything–just scaled by level of difficulty. 'Cause we do it all, sisters!
