Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches, 30 lbs
3 pull-ups, assist as needed

Post rounds/reps completed to comments.



  1. 9 rounds exactly
    20# KB (5 each arm)
    Unassisted pull ups

  2. Did 3/17 WOD first then:

    8 rds
    30# snatch
    Self assisted pull ups

    Bad combo of wods for my weak triceps. Going to be suffering tomorrow.
