21:59 on treadmill (first time running since May due to baby)….approx. 1 to 1.5 rests between.. and feel like I'm going to throw up 😄. Made it through though!!

Ran 3 miles then I did 1:00 sprints with about 45 seconds rest. I was running on a trail so this was easiest. Based on pace the sprints were about 300 yards.

Wanted more cardio so ended up on the stair climber for 30 mins. Tried to alternate focus on calves and glutes. 140 floors
Cranked the treadmill to 10.0. All sets were 46-47 seconds each.
