Monday 02.22.16

For time, working on the odd minutes, and resting on the even minutes:
100 butterfly sit-ups
125 push presses, 20-30 lbs
150 squats

Work from 0:00 to 1:00, rest from 1:00-2:00, work from 2:00-3:00, rest from 3:00-4:00, etc.

  2. Had time for a hero WOD so did

    45 mins:
    Run 800m
    80 squats (butt to floor)
    8 full push ups

    5 rounds plus 800m run

    This one looks good. I will make it up soon. When I can feel my legs.

  3. 12:11 with no rest….had to get a quick one in. Think I did 25 extra on push press and squats.
    20# on push press

  4. 6:17 for situps
    8:10 for push press 20#
    6:59 for squats

    All times include break times.

    Ran 1.5 miles after. I should have run before, my thighs couldn't do it after all those squats

  5. 19:12, finished last 8 in the 12 sec after timer since I didn't wanna wait for another minute rest
