    Yesterday I woke up to find my had dog passed away next to my bed. He was my buddy in the morning when I worked out. I'm missing him terribly.

  5. 13:39 as rx'ed. I thought I had been doing core work these last few weeks since my baby had been born (he is 4 mo now!) but this was hard!! glad I finished!

      I have my pu/squat numbers written down but I remember my 2 miles was 22:20 on the elliptical. I think I'm the turtle in peanut butter- lol!

  7. Around 9 min, timer stopped when I messed with my music on my phone.
