50 Back extensions (supermans)
50 Front squats, 30 lbs

    55 lbs for 1st two rounds of FS
    45 lbs in 3rd
    Stopped timer after first 20 front squats because I was reconsidering the workout but I decided to press on. Beat my 8 week PP by a few minutes. Yay!

    Saw 2 years ago I did a burpee challenge, so I added that to the end of my workout
    30 burpees in 2:14

  3. 11 minutes, but it wasn't the right weights so it made it easier. Looks like I need heavier weights.

    (11:15 last year, but couldn't hold my weights for all the squats, so definitely improved!)

    Considerably slower than last year but I feel like I worked hard.

  7. 12:48 – modified weights
    20 lb front squat each set
    Crunches instead of butterfly sit ups (no bladder control on butterfly sit ups post baby…I'll get there!)

  8. 16:28, including time it took to walk from one side of PF to tr other (from abs room to weights), clean back extension machine, etc. feels good to be back after a week of sickness!
