  1. 1st timer here
    Couldn't run….both kids in bed and hubby at work. Replaced with stairs burpees and mnt climbers.

  2. No ball for wall balls at hotel gym so
    Run 800m
    50 sit-ups
    Run 800m
    50 push press
    Run 800m
    50 hips raises
    Run 800m
    50 bench press.

  3. Did yesterday
    So I Did "12 Gifts of Christmas"
    12 DU
    11 squats
    10 sit ups
    9 ball slams
    8 burpees
    7 box jump
    6 DL
    5 cleans
    4 thrusters
    3 weighted lunges (each leg)
    2 front squats
    1 mile

    (You start w/ 12, then go back and do 12,11, then go back and do 12,11,10 & so on)
    It took me 40:40 to get through it all- minus the 1 mile run!
    I did all DU 🙂 (one at a time)

    Major subs
    Couldn't find weights so sub thrusters for wall balls using cans nearly 2# each
    Really cold and Icy so sub the following for running
    First round mountain climbers
    Second Run in place
    Third and Fourth Run Stairs

    I didn't have the overhead clearance for wall balls so I used an 8 lb medicine ball for thrusters then once done did 3 sets of 10 50 lb barbell rows

  6. At the deer lease, so less than perfect conditions to workout in, BUT I DID! Thought I pushed start on timer, but didn't get a time.

    Did thrusters with a gallon of water
    Subbed 2 rounds of 60 mtn climbers and 2 rounds of 20 burpees
