5 pull-ups, assist as needed
10 push-ups
15 squats
OR

DIE
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 handstand push-ups
10 one-legged squats, alternating
15 butterfly sit-ups

    5 sit-ups shy of 6 rounds (finished after timer)
    HSPU on 21" barstool
    Assisted OLS
    3 rounds of inclined sit ups

    Through push-ups on round 16. Completed round 16 after the timer.
    Push ups with feet on box

    I woke up late this morning so I only had time to do 10 mins.

    Lost count too many times but did 15+

  7. 10 min of 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 butterfly situps.
    15 weeks pregnant. 2 mile fast walk on treadmill beforehand.

    Boy push-ups with a 25-pound kid on my back for the first round. Almost died, so girl push-ups for the remainder. Jump pull-ups.

    8 rounds of regular push-ups, then 6 rounds of modified
