  1. I have a love/hate relationship with running!
    5:24, 5:24, 5:24, 5:20.
    30 sec slower than January. (Today- I hate running!)

  2. 5:04, 4:53, 5:01, 5:03 exactly 2 min rest between times.
    (Vs. 4:51, 4:53, 4:47, 4:48 with 2-3 min. rests in between) :/

  3. 7:22 (ran first half without stopping!!!)
    7:08 (ran and walked back and forth)

    That's it. First time running in several months, glad I made it that far! 7wkspdw/#6

  4. Giving my lungs one more day to heal before running. Did Death By Sit Ups – one BFSU 1st minute, two the 2nd minute, etc as long as you can continue.
