Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
10 pull-ups (assist as needed)
15 kettlebell swings, 20-25 lbs
20 box jumps, 18-inch box

    Wow. That was a good one. Dripping. Triceps are crying too (think they're still sore from Monday).

    HRM was squaking at me for being too high the whole time…great workout!

    1 round with box jumps, rest step ups due to recovering calf muscle
