400 meter run
15 Overhead squats, 20lbs

*if you can’t hold the weights over your head, you can rest them on your shoulders

    30 lbs overhead for 10 reps each round then last 5 reps weight went to shoulders
    Outside workout

  2. 20:09
    Left Treadmill running at 8.5 2 rounds, then 8 for 3 rounds
    20 pounds overhead on all squats. Took my time to focus on form, overhead squats are so Awkward for me ;(
