Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 squat cleans, 20-30 lbs
5 burpees, jumping over the bar

    Finished in 15:30
    40# SC

  4. 14 rounds plus 5 SC
    30# SC, butt to floor

    Sucking wind! Jumping over the bar just makes burpees extra special, huh?

  5. Completed yesterdays workout first, then modified todays:
    10 minutes AMRAP
    5 front squats 65 lbs
    5 box jump burpees

    Completed 6 rounds.

  6. 11 rounds plus 3 squat cleans
    Harder than I thought!
