Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes perform:
5 pull-ups
10 butterfly sit-ups
15 squats

  1. 9 rounds in 20 min
    resistance band for pull-ups

    That was harder than it looked…clearly I have a long way to go!

  2. Finished all 20 rounds with 5-7 sec rest left on each. That was tough, wanted to give
    Up half way, glad I finished!

  3. 12 rounds in 15 minutes
    BPUs for pull ups

  4. Ran 3 miles

    All 20 rounds in 20 min.

    I haven't done that many pull ups in a long time–soar hands

    Finished with core exercises

  5. 13 rounds, and got as far as 7 sit ups on the 14th round.
    Subbed push press for pull ups.

  6. 20 rounds in just over 20 minutes. the last two or three minutes I fell just behind the timer.
    Band assisted Pullups
    1 mile run following.

  7. Kept up for 15 rounds
    Last 5 minutes did 4 rounds plus 5 pull ups
    Total = 19 rounds plus 5 PU

    Reverse pull ups/jumping pull ups
    Butt to floor all squats

  8. All 20 rounds with 5-7 sec to spare each minute.

  11. Man, only was able to do 7 full rounds. I may try this again this weekend though to see if I can get more in.
