Butterfly sit-ups

    Children were integrated into every exercise! 25 bench press on first 2 rounds, 30 on the last round.
    Girl push-ups (some with 25 pounds on my back).

  2. Speed work at the track(6x400m sprints and 4 laps of 100m sprint and 100m jog)

    Going to Cancun in December so I added a few ab and butt exercises after.

    Better than last time, it was 52 something!
    Went swimming with kids yesterday!

    GPU – Chest was SHOT after the BP

    After 5 minute rest completed
    3 rounds
    10 Burpees
    10 Box Jump Burpees
    5 Pullup Burpees
    Took me 14:36 to complete

    GPU to the floor

    Then did one of my cardio dance routines in the kitchen for 40 mins while also making homemade spaghetti sauce. 🙂

    I was in no shape for the 40# bp's I did. Border line dangerous. Last dozen or so I did with 20#.

    30# BP, GPU. My arm strength right now is not where it used to be, but working on it!

    sit-ups…had to grab my knees a few times to assist. it'll get better!
