Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 sumo deadlift high pulls, 25 lbs
10 burpees, jumping over the barbell (or broom)

  1. 6 rounds + 10 burpees
    40# hp
    Full burpees- was loosing my "hop" over the bar at the end- was more like a step!

    Dripping and out of breath in 10 minutes- love it!

  2. 8 rounds plus sdlhp and 5 burpees. Finished burpees after the timer
