    Really pushed myself on the runs. Felt good and getting faster.

  7. 11:01, thrusters with 20#, bpu. Shaved FOUR MINUTES off my time from last year. Which, admittedly, was the first time in 10 years I'd ever run even a short distance for a workout (give me free weights and step aerobics, but running??!)
