15 squat clean thrusters, 20-40 lbs

  2. Taught 1 hr hip hop cardio (with 2 squat songs!!) then:

    Treadmill (1st 4 runs at 7.5, last at 6.0)

    Got a stupid side cramp last round.
    Vs 22:30ish last year with no complications.

  3. 23:08, my watch may have stopped at one point and I had to restart it. I only had five pound dumbbells, so I did 20 10# squat clean thrusters. Pushing my double stroller.
