50 one-legged squats, alternating
25 dips
40 one-legged squats, alternating
20 dips
30 one-legged squats, alternating
15 dips
20 one-legged squats, alternating
10 dips
10 one-legged squats, alternating
5 dips

  1. Ran 1.25 mile in 10 minutes to warm up
    8:20 for squats/dips
    Very sore!

  2. Again at hotel so straps to help so not very deep one leg squats
    2 miles
    30 push ups

  3. 11:55
    Half one legged squats & half weighted front squats each round
    Straight leg dips.

  4. 8:30
    Started doing 1-legged squats all the way to the floor and my knee started hurting after 8, did the rest as regular squats.

  5. 13:20
    So it didn't register that I alternate legs each pistol so I was trying for 25 right leg then 25 left. After I got to the next round of pistols it hit me. Way harder just to do one leg straight then switch. Pistols holding onto door frame.

    Straight leg dips.
    Did this wod Wed as tues I ran 3/4 mile and negative weight bicep curls

  6. 13:27, pistols with bench. Had Lord's of little kid distractions. 🙂
