30 box jumps, 18-inch box

20 box jumps, 18-inch box
10 handstand push-ups
10 box jumps, 18-inch box
5 handstand push-ups

  1. Was way off on this workout today. Scared yo do box jumps and re injure my knee soooo I did
    Run 800 meters
    25 push-ups with feet on bench
    Run600 meter
    20 push-ups feet on bench

    That took 15:04 …. Then I walked on steep incline for 10 minutes so total workout time 25 :12 minutes.

    6 in porch step. Can't jump 18 in yet. Jump and tucked knees as far up as I could and landed on step.

  4. At the hotel and only a weak bench available didn't feel comfortable jumping on it so did step ups and did the same number of step ups at push ups

    First time doing 18" box jumps. Lungs are burning. That was tough.

  8. 10:40 with modifications. Step UPS bc I was at my kids swim lessons and didn't have my porch to jump up on. 🙂 girl push UPS (technically I did five boy push UPS..)
