Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 burpees
20 wall-ball shots, 10 lb ball

  1. Ran 10 minutes of speed intervals first
    5 full rounds plus 10 burpees

    Yesterday's workout has me really sore ( I love it!)

  2. 4 complete rounds
    5th round completed burpees and 6 slam balls i was indoors and subbed 15 lb. slam ball for wall ball). Finished 5th round after timer

    super sore from yesterday– but its a good hurt

  3. 4 full rounds + burpees & 2 thrusters on 5th
    Finished round after timer

    30# thrusters for WB
    Had to peel myself off the floor for burpees- more difficult than it seems when you're sore!

  4. 4 full rounds completed.
    Good form burpees with full boy push-up on each one.
    10 lb wall balls

    Did Monday's workout after this one 13:00.

  5. 7 rnds. 4 lbs on wall balls (thrusters technically because I'm at work)

    Exhausted now!

  6. 5 rounds plus 2 burpees
    20# thrusters for wallball

    Wow. That was tough. Legs are dead from yesterday!!

  7. 5 rounds + 3 burpees

    Burpees all the way to the ground (power burpees)

  8. 4 rounds plus burpees, 10# thrusters instead of wbs, full burpees
