Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 pull-ups (assist as needed)
4 knees-to-elbows
8 kettlebell swings, 20 lbs

  1. Ran 1 mile to warm up
    Did 26 full rounds

  2. 17 rounds

    2 pull ups- all unassisted
    4 handstand push-ups ( on 21" barstool)
    8 40# high pull

  3. 18 rounds plus 2 pullups
    bands assisted pullups. Switched to one band after a few rounds.
    knees to elbows on bar for the first nine rounds. On floor after that, no grip left.
    20 lb kettlebell

  4. 15 rounds (must be slow today), ball assisted on toes for pull-ups, toes to bar for 1/2

  5. 18 rounds plus 2 pullups
    bands assisted pullups. Switched to one band after a few rounds.
    knees to elbows on bar for the first nine rounds. On floor after that, no grip left.

  6. Only able to do 15 min too many interruptions with kids doing swim lessons at the house. Called it good after my nephew of a few weeks woke up.
