*In honor of Officer James Lowell Capoot, of the Vallejo Police Department, died Nov.
17, 2011, in the line of duty while chasing after an armed man
suspected of robbing a bank. The 45-year-old, who lived in Vacaville,
California, joined the Vallejo Police Department in 1993 and served as a
motorcycle officer, motorcycle instructor, driving instructor and SWAT
officer. He received two medals of courage, including one life-saving
medal, as well as many other department commendations.
I did all except the last 2000 meter run bc of time this am…. Hate not completing workout! But grateful for the part I did do which was in 28:42….and still an amazing workout for me. Thanks so much for giving us these workouts!

Wow! Almost talked myself out of that last 2000 but I did it!!!
Didn't have time for the run portions but did all the sit ups and push ups. Going swimming later on to get the card portion in!

Cut the sit ups and push ups in half. GPU to the floor, unbroken. Full runs. Got a stupid side cramp during the whole last run and gimped along. Also had to stop and breathe/stretch it out. So lame.
