    Arms crossed on bfsu and used abmat (kept butt in contact with floor to isolate abs).

  2. Well I forgot to hit start on my timer but what seemed like an eternity was I think around 15-16 minutes. I ran 1.27 miles in 10 minutes for a warmup.

  7. 9:17 BUT I subbed out my butterfly sit ups for Russian twists (due to an issue of horrific rugburn when I do BSU). Obviously, Russian twists are much quicker. Felt good though!
