20 butterfly sit-ups
20 hip raises
Max reps squats

Rest at least 3 minutes between each round.

Post number of squats completed each round to comments.

    Had a 25 pound baby on me for sit-ups and hip raises on first 2 rounds.
    Rests were necessary! Good one!

  11. Didn't realize we were supposed to rest between, oops. Subbed crunches and reverse crunches (20 each) for bfsu ea round. 78, 66, 72, 82, 66. Total 364. Butt below parallel. Gonna feel it tomorrow…
