    Did 30 HSPU on 21" barstool (back to wall)

    Every muscle is sore in my body!!! It took everything I had today!

  2. Complete! Watch died during last 1000 meters, guess I should charge it 😉

    Ran 3 miles total and did the workout in my last mile.

    Treadmill at 7.7
    Subbed BFSU for push ups.

    My upper back/triceps are way sore from yesterday. I must have 'helped' the deadlifts with my back too much. Abs are the only thing not sore today!!

  5. 9min for running. Didn't time push-ups. Added extra 30 pu after second 1000m

  6. Did this right after 5/11 WOD. Making up missed WODs.
