100 Lunges (50 each side)
100 Push-ups
100 Butterfly sit-ups
100 Squats

    1/2 girl pu 1/2 boy pu (broke into sets of 50)
    All other exercises in sets of 100

  2. Did the lunges then got dizzy and had to stop. 17 weeks pregnant. My ten year old daughter finished all though, in 16:35! Proud of her!

    Girl push-ups
    First 50 were butterfly sit-ups, second 50 were oblique butterfly sit-ups.

    First 30 sit ups regular then tucked a foot under couch to asst to hold feet down

  5. Did 100 burpees first (making up last Monday's WOD – 10:19) then had to adjust today's a little for tired arms.

    Totally cheated and did 5 sets of 20. On 9th day of sinusitis, so I figured something was better than nothing. Hope these antibiotics kick in and get it gone!

  8. 15:50, gpu, subbed crunches + reverse crunches for bfsu. The pushups slowed me way down.

  9. 24:08, girl push UPS, had to divide the push UPS into two groups of 50. Did the first group before the sit ups and the second after.
