no fried food

    First set and next 5 were regular PU, then first 3 on last set too!

    Can't do push ups to save my life, so I did them slow lower and "worm" it up.

    Ran 1.75 miles & did abs

  3. 5:52. GPU to the floor and bent knee dips. Just got back from vacation and very low on sleep!

    Vs 6:39.

  4. 6:05 (girl push ups and bent leg dips)

    Did this after Thursday's workout of run 2000 m, so was a little tired to start out. 🙂
