    Treadmill run. 7.0 was all I could muster for most. Bumped it up to 7.4 last round

  2. 3.1mi run 28:18 and 5 rounds hip raise/bsu 10:58 for a total of about 39 min.

  3. 40:10. Treadmill. Did hip raises with feet on 6" box. First 4 runs at 7.2, last one at 7.3.

    Vs 43:35. Just saw your note from last year – thanks Britta!

    Working on my breathing while I run – seems to help.

  4. 34:30 outside in the freezing cold. 🙂 (Doing hip raises on my front lawn was pretty hilarious.)
