10 Sumo deadlift high-pulls, 20 lbs
10 Push presses, 20 lbs
20 Weighted squats, 40-60 lbs

    Really struggled with the weight on the squats, but made it through. Was able to do that weight in the past with no struggles; goes to show what taking 5 months off will do!

    45 lb butt to floor squats

    After being laid up all weekend with a sinus infection and sick kids (croup, pneumonia) those squats winded me! Killer.
