I have been following along here adding some of these workouts in with what I already do. They've been great so thank you. I have a question. When you state weight amounts is that total or each dumbbell? So for today 20 pounds bench press; 20 pounds total or 2 dumbbells each weighing 20 pounds?
AAlso, this doesn't apply to today's workout but can I break the number of reos down into smaller groups and come back? For example on The one with all the sets of 50, do I need to get through all 50before moving on to the next exercise?
Thanks so much!!
Hey Kim. Weights are total. And we aren't supposed to break up numbers. Some may seem to take forever, but they are put in certain numbers on purpose. Good luck. 🙂
Thank you so much for your reply. I've enjoyed it.
Andrews family has it right. Weights are always total but do whatever you can handle safely. And the reps are as stated so you can completely burn out. It will build muscle faster.
